Anna Morley is an Orange County, licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy.
Anna Morley has provided mental health services to children, teens, and adults for the past 10 years. She treats a wide range of serious clinical and behavioral problems. Anna has extensive experience using a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral, communication, family, brief and longer-term methodology. Specialty areas include depression, anxiety, child and teen behavioral problem, trauma and other stress-related disorders, relationship problems, eating disorders, LGBT issues, attentional disorders, substance abuse, and stress/workplace issues. If needed, Anna collaborates with other professionals including physicians, the courts, and school personnel.
Anna is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR); which is extremely effective in helping individuals re-process their trauma. Her experience in utilizing EMDR with individuals is that it removes the emotional blocks and allows them to experience a significant reduction in their symptoms within a few sessions.
